Twinceptual Designs' Pretty Things by Shelly O are made-to-order and pressed on demand using Siser HTV. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for production.
Note: Before making your purchase, please keep in mind that color and quality on your monitor may be different from my own which may result in slight variations in the final printed piece.
SHOP POLICY:
Please do not resell, distribute, scan or copy any items purchased from my shop. All items in my shop are designed and created by me using my own artwork in combination with commercial-use fonts and art. Any art requiring attribution will be given when appropriate.

Due to the nature of this item, refunds may be requested within 24 hours from purchase via a written request submitted to designs@twinceptual.com. Refunds will be issued so long as no work has been done and will be issued at the discretion of Twinceptual Designs on a case by case basis.
Twinceptual Designs will make every effort to communcate with you via your provided email. If there is no communication with seller within 30 days from the date of purchase, Twinceptual Designs will cancel order and all monies paid will be forfeited by the buyer.
