- Detailed design questionnaire will be emailed to you once your order is received and processed

- Photos, if any, must be provided by client; stock photography will incur additional fees.

- Two rounds of revisions (additional revisions will incur additional fees)

- Final design files provided: PNG (RGB for web)

Due to the nature of this item, refunds may be requested within 24 hours from purchase via a written request submitted to designs@twinceptual.com. Refunds will be issued so long as no work has been done and will be issued at the discretion of Twinceptual Designs on a case by case basis.

Twinceptual Designs will make every effort to communcate with you via your provided email. If there is no communication with seller within 30 days from the date of purchase, Twinceptual Designs will cancel order and all monies paid will be forfeited by the buyer.
