- Complete design questionnaire within 48 hours of paying deposit.

- Two to five design options

- Two rounds of revisions (additional revisions will incur additional fees)

- Logo Specification Sheet upon final approval of logo

- Final design files available for download upon final payment: EPS (vector), PDF, JPG (CMYK for print), and PNG (RGB for web)

Turnaround time: 1 to 3 weeks AFTER submission of design questionnaire

Due to the nature of this item, refunds may be requested within 24 hours from purchase via a written request submitted to twinceptualdesigns@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued so long as no work has been done and will be issued at the discretion of Twinceptual Designs on a case by case basis.

Twinceptual Designs will make every effort to communcate with you via your provided email. If there is no communication with seller within 30 days from the date of purchase, Twinceptual Designs will cancel order and all monies paid will be forfeited by the buyer.
