Wiley MS: Cheer Car Decal
Step 1 Clean the application surface thoroughly with rubbing alcohol or soap and water. (Do not use cleaning sprays, such as glass cleaner, as they can leave a residue that will prevent the vinyl from adhering well.
Step 2 Rub a squeegee or credit card firmly across the vinyl through the clear transfer tape to prepare it for application. This ensures that the vinyl will cling to the transfer tape and removes any air bubbles that may have formed.
Step 3 Position the vinyl on the application surface. Once in position, secure it in place with tape to create a hinge.
Step 4 Lift the vinyl (but do not remove the tape to keep it in position) and remove the white backing off the vinyl.
Step 5 Slowly lower the vinyl onto the application surface and rub it in place firmly with a squeegee or credit card. Make sure to remove any air bubbles that may have formed.
Step 6 Slowly peel the clear transfer tape at an angle. Be careful not to pull the sticker off the application surface. If the vinyl pulls away from the surface, repeat Step 5.
